The location turned out to be marvellous and premier. It was within 10 minutes walk from a bus station. A terrace, coffee, and an iron were available in my twin room.

Even though I greatly enjoyed the place, some of the staff were extremely unhelpful.

I loved the fact that they moved us to a pool room...one of only 9 such rooms

This place was amazing! the staff were really friendly and provided top-notch service. They were always attentive to our needs. 🌟 the location was great and we had a wonderful Christmas celebration here. It was convenient to reach the bus stop within a 20-minute walk.

The location here is awesome and brilliant! It's close to a huge mall, plenty of shops, the airport for those late-night Aussie flights, and downtown. Plus, it's right in the middle of a shopping area! 🛍️.

Great location for Orchard Road shops, cafes and bars with easy access to the MRT. Fully equipped gym and great pool with bar to unwind next to.

The hotel offers an exceptionally comfortable bed in the twin room along with a terrace, coffee, and an iron. the marble-lined bathroom is a nice touch. the staff at the reception desk are pretty friendly and excellent. the central location is fantastic, and the breakfast is tasty and delicious. the hotel provides private parking onsite.

This place is excellent, fairly clean with amazing views over the skyline, and offers an outstandingly accommodating staff providing excellent service.

The executive lounge breakfast/ cocktail times needs to be extended. At SG 480 per night, welcome chocolates in the room would have been good. The toilet standards do not compliment the room, needs improvement

Shower tempertaute and flow/ pressure control is excellent and I enjoyed it a lot as this is poor in many best hotels also.But this hotel has done best for this.

Temperatute and flow control at the wash basins in bath room is the worst I have evr seen anywhere.Surprisingly the best shower and the wiorst basin . But it is true.
